- Tracker/Ultracom servers are up and running without any problems.
- Travel SIM operator has problems: Travel SIM has reported a problem that affects our Finnish customers. Cards have a problem with roaming to DNA network. The problem also affects Ultracom devices that use a Travel SIM card. If you don't get a location on your device and you're using Travel SIM, please temporarily switch to a different SIM card.
- The R10 device cannot be added to the app after a factory reset: A small number of customers have reported that they cannot add their R10 device to the app after they have done a factory reset to the device. We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. If you have problems with adding the device to the app after a reset, please contact our support team.
